Your quote went out. Then silence.

Five messages that get ghosted clients talking again, plus the one rule that tells you when to stop chasing.

You were fast, you were thorough, you found the cabin at the price they wanted. Then nothing. They're almost never angry and they've almost never booked elsewhere. They're busy, or waiting on a spouse, or stuck on a decision they don't feel qualified to make.

Here's day 7, the one that breaks price stalls

Take it and use it today. The other four are in the playbook.

Day 7 message

Subject: Where are you stuck?

Hi [NAME],

Haven't heard back, which usually means one of these:

1. The price is higher than you had in mind
2. You're waiting on [PARTNER/FAMILY] to weigh in
3. The dates suddenly look shaky
4. Something about it just doesn't feel right and you can't put your finger on it

Any of those is completely normal and every one of them is fixable. Reply with the number or just tell me which, and I'll take it from there.

If it's price, say so plainly. I have options I didn't show you because I was aiming at what you described, not at the cheapest version.

[YOUR NAME]

Most advisors never send this one. Naming price out loud feels rude, so the quote just sits there. It isn't rude, it's the fastest way to find out whether you have a real objection or a busy client.

What's in the doc

The first page of the Ghosted Client Playbook Google Doc, showing the cadence at a glance table and the start of the day 1 message template.
A Google Doc you copy and edit. Not a PDF you file and forget.

Who this is for

Advisors heading into wave season who are about to run twenty of these at once. The advisors who convert best in January aren't writing better emails than you. They just never wonder whether to send one.
