Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No credit card required for advisor plans; you're automatically added to the free plan and can upgrade anytime. Agency plans require a card to start your 21-day free trial.
Can I stay on the free plan forever?
Yes. Starter plans do not expire. Upgrade whenever it makes sense for your business.
What is the difference between Individual Advisor and Agency plans?
Advisor plans are for solo advisors managing their own clients and bookings. Agency plans are for teams. They include everything in the Advisor plans plus tools to manage multiple advisors under one account, with per-seat pricing that scales as your team grows.
How does Agency seat pricing work?
Your base plan covers the agency account. Each advisor you add is billed as a seat at the monthly rate for your team size. The per-seat price automatically decreases as you add more advisors. Seats are always billed monthly, even if you choose annual billing for your base plan.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes, at any time. Annual billing is available on the Advisor Pro plan at $100 a year instead of $10 a month. Agency base plans and advisor seats are billed monthly.
When are the coming soon features launching?
Flights, car rentals, cruises, and tours are in active development and are included in both plans the moment they ship, at no extra cost. Follow the roadmap and changelog for dates.
I'm an independent advisor hosted by an agency. Which plan do I need?
If your host agency uses Voyagr, check with them. If you are managing your own business independently (with your own accreditation), the Advisor plans are built for you.
Why do I need to complete Stripe Connect onboarding?
Voyagr uses Stripe to process client payments and pay out your commissions. Completing Stripe Connect onboarding takes just a few minutes and is required before your booking tools are activated, regardless of which plan you're on. You'll be guided through it automatically when you create your account.
